Stabile Companies Director of Project Management Earns LEED® AP Designation
(NASHUA, NH) – John Pietroniro, Director of Project Management for The Stabile Companies, has earned Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED® AP) credentials. LEED® APs have demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles and the LEED® Green Building Rating System, a third party certification program for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings.

LEED® APs pass a rigorous exam that tests their knowledge of the principles of green building design, construction and operation. Once they receive their accreditation from The Green Building Certification Institute, LEED® APs are qualified to facilitate the LEED® certification process for new or renovated buildings.

“The Stabile Companies has always sought to minimize the impact that our buildings and communities have on the environment. The LEED® rating system is becoming the recognized standard and is growing in popularity and demand. With the LEED® training, I will be better able to guide our efforts to construct the most environmentally sensitive buildings possible,” comments Pietroniro.
