John P. Stabile, II
Founder & Chairman of the Board


John Stabile founded H.J. Stabile & Son in 1973. The company was named after his father, Harry J. Stabile (1916-1962), who was a prominent builder and banker in the Boston area.

John's career in the construction industry began at Continental Homes of New England in Nashua, NH in 1969. He was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the US Army Infantry and rose to the rank of First Lieutenant within two years. After his military service, John returned to Nashua and joined Border Corporation, one of New Hampshire's leading contractors. Within 24 months, he became Vice President and General Manager of the company. Two years later he founded H.J. Stabile & Son.

While overseeing H.J. Stabile & Son, John has taken a leadership role within his community and the state. He served three terms in the New Hampshire Senate as Senate Majority Leader and was chairman of the New Hampshire State Republican Party on four occasions. John has also served on the board of directors of such organizations as Catholic Medical Center, New Hampshire Chapter of the Red Cross, the Southern New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce, the Josiah Barlett Association, First Federal Savings and Loan, New Hampshire Savings Bank and the Land Conservation Investment. He has been a member of the Nashua Police Commission, served as a Trustee at Bridgton Academy and Norwich University for 10 years, and continues to serve on the Board of Trustees at Rivier and Hesser colleges in New Hampshire.

John has received many honors for his civic and professional work. He was named Builder of the Year in 1977 and received the Daniel Webster Council Boy Scouts Distinguished Citizen Award in 1991. He has been named one of the ten most powerful people in New Hampshire by Business New Hampshire magazine for three different years.

John is a graduate of Norwich University. John and his family reside in Nashua.


Normand J. Bourbeau (Norm)
President, Stabile Property Management


As president of Stabile Property Management, Norm manages all corporate and partnership real estate holdings. He is responsible for the income and expenses of 350 apartment units, 450,000 square feet of commercial property, and 144 residential condominiums.

Norm joined the company in 1980 as a property manager. He was subsequently promoted to Vice President before becoming President of Property Management in November 2000. Prior to joining The Stabile Companies, Norm was a bank officer for 11 years.

Norm is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS). He holds his New Hampshire Real Estate License, and serves as Treasurer and Board Member of the Nashua Children's Association. He is a Notary Public and Justice of the Peace.

Norm and his wife, Wendy, have three children, Stacey, Kyle and Greg.
 


Shaun Malone
Vice President, Construction


With over 20 years of construction experience, Shaun Malone worked his way up the ranks at The Stabile Companies to his current position of Vice President Construction. He is responsible for client satisfaction, contract conformance, cost control, supervising the work on the jobsite, as well as maintaining quality control and safety. Shaun supports the onsite project staff lending his guidance and experience to the field superintendents.
 


Skip Croninger
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer


As Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Skip is responsible for the accounting, finance and treasury departments for all of The Stabile Companies' entities. In addition to his financial functions, Skip handles the Management Information Services needs and oversees Human Resources for the company. He comes to The Stabile Companies with over 25 years of finance and administration experience in various industries.
 


John Pietroniro
Director of Project Management


John oversees all of the company's residential and commercial construction projects. He supervises all project management activities, including pre-construction planning, estimating and bidding, cost control implementation, job scheduling, construction and quality control.

John has more than 29 years of experience in construction and construction management. Before joining The Stabile Companies in October 2002, John served as Senior Project Manager and Construction Consultant for WaterMark Construction in Jamaica Plains, MA. Previously, he operated Project Resource Group in Litchfield, NH and worked as a construction engineer with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in California.

John holds a B.S. degree in Engineering Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. He has a CDT (Construction Document Technologist) from the Construction Specifications Institute, a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License.

John and his wife, Judy, have two children, Jeremiah and Jake.
