Renovation of a 22,000 square foot building in the historic district of Lawrence. Contract called for renovations and alterations to a three-story brick school building which included adding or upgrading classrooms, offices, a gymnasium/dance floor, locker rooms, a media room, auditorium and stage, ADA elevator access, a wireless computer network and a commercial grade kitchen.
