Stabile Homes Honored with Six Home Builder Awards

(NASHUA, NH) – Stabile Homes, Inc. of Nashua, NH, one of the largest residential construction companies in New Hampshire, received six Cornerstone Awards from the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of New Hampshire at the organization's annual awards ceremony on June 14, 2007. The Cornerstone Awards recognize excellence in the building industry in a variety of categories including construction, design and marketing.

Stabile Homes received the top Gold award for its marketing brochure for The Reserve at Federal Hill, a detached condominium community located in Milford, NH. The company also received Gold awards for its semi-annual newsletter and for a black and white ad that ran last fall featuring all Stabile Homes communities.
The Fells at Amherst community was also recognized with a Silver Award for Condo Cluster Community over $250,000. The Fells at Amherst is a community of luxury detached condominiums offering four styles of homes, a clubhouse with exercise room, outdoor pool and walking trails.

The company also received an additional Silver award for its model home at The Gables at Manchester, a tri-level townhome community with a Victorian flair. The Reserve at Federal Hill also won a Bronze award for its model home.
